About Kizzle
Kofi "Kizzle" Forson is the founder of Express Yourself Black Man (XYBM) and the creator of A Black Man’s Safe Haven. Express Yourself Black Man is the largest holistic healing platform for Black men created by Black men, with a mission to build a healthier Black community. The platform includes a podcast with over 120 episodes, a social media community with over 440,000 supporters across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and a holistic healing app called A Black Man’s Safe Haven.
Safe Haven connects Black men with Black mental health professionals and provides access to a support network of over 200 Black men, making the healing journey less stressful and ensuring they don’t have to heal alone.
Kizzle's work is transforming lives by creating spaces where Black men can thrive and find the support they need when they need it.
