FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Welcome to the Official Home of the NeurodivURGENT Fellowship Program
 
The NeurodivURGENT Fellowship Program ("NeurodivURGENT Fellows") is a year-long experiential learning opportunity for undergraduate students. Ideal participants are those who possess a strong interest in engaging in the interdisciplinary study of neurodivergent equity, particularly relating to youth and families. The program includes six virtual learning sessions, service learning activities, and a capstone project. Credit earning opportunities are available, subject to college/university guidelines.

Asynchronous Fall Modules

The Fall portion of the program includes six learning modules designed to provide an in-depth overview of various issues that directly impact the plights of neurodivergent youth and their families. The convenient, asynchronous layout allows for fellows to complete the assignments in alignment with their individual schedules.

Bi-Weekly Fall Meetings

The Fall portion of the program includes six learning modules designed to provide an in-depth overview of various issues that directly impact the plights of neurodivergent youth and their families. The convenient, asynchronous layout allows for fellows to complete the assignments in alignment with their individual schedules.

Spring Capstone

Throughout the entire Spring semester, fellows will work to individually craft their respective capstone projects. This cumulative project is designed to take shape over time as fellows complete each module and engage in various aspects of the program. Fellows are encouraged use this process to develop transferrable skills that support their long-term career aspirations.
