Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "I would aim to invalidate their feelings of insecurity by affirming them. Sometimes simple affirmations or genuine expressions go along way in building a person's confidence. Knowing that they have a solid, supportive friend who has faith in their abilities could help them go for that dream."
