Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "I would encourage them to take the leap by telling them to always remember their 'why' and what drives the passion behind how they intend to use their talent. Their purpose brought them to the very moment they stand upon, and their heart will always carry them through. Any doubt that they may be experiencing shouldn't stand in the way of their destiny. Some of the best leaders experienced moments of fear and feelings of inadequacy. Still, they led anyway, despite it all because their calling was so much greater than themselves... I would remind them to trust themselves and lean into their strengths."
