Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "When it comes to giving advice, I try my best to be very realistic. I would remind my friend that this is everyone's first time living. There is no book that tells them how to live their best life, so all they can do is try their best. I would also tell them not to be the thing that holds them back from being great. The fear, the anxiety, the doubt - all these things are normal, but we can't let them stop us from showcasing the gifts that we were given. You truly miss 100% of the shots you don't take, so why not try?"
