Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "I would tell my friend that confidence is not something you are simply born with, but it is built through persistent effort. Often, talented individuals underestimate their own abilities because they focus on their fears or compare themselves to others. I would remind them that every successful person has faced doubt and setbacks, but what separates them is the willingness to keep pushing forward..."
