Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "I would remind them of the amazing person that they are and the one-of-a-kind talent that they have. I would tell them that both they and their talent are too special not to share with the rest of the world. In addition, I would remind them that it won't be easy by any means, but the reward will overwhelmingly supersede the risk. I would also emphasize the fact that, as their friend, I will always be rooting for them and will be there to support them in the best way I can."
