Todd Wilcher, MA, CTRS, holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Morris Brown College and a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Disorders from Clark Atlanta University.

◦ Mr. Wilcher specializes in mindset training and de-escalating aggressive behaviors. He has served as a Mindset Trainer and Community Resiliency Model Instructor, implementing strategies for resilience and behavioral modification.

During his eight years of internship, clinical supervision, and employment, Mr. Wilcher received experiential therapy training from Brawner Psychiatric Institute and held leadership positions at Inner Harbour/Youth Villages.

Mr. Wilcher is committed to community development, previous Director of Outreach and Community Relations at Covenant House Georgia and Director of Youth Engagement. He has consulted with Signature Research, implementing rope course training, and is Exec of Omega Quest LLC, a consulting group providing holistic mental health services.
