Q: If you had a friend who was extremely talented but lacked confidence in their ability to succeed at something they really wanted to do, what advice would you give to encourage them to take the leap?

A: "I would tell them to 'dance like nobody's watching.' Too often people hold themselves back because of judgment or fear of failure. The truth is, most people are too focused on their own lives to scrutinize yours the way you imagine. Your confidence will grow through discomfort, and not waiting for the 'perfect moment' to take the leap. The right people: those who truly matter, will notice and celebrate your efforts, while the rest won't define your potential. Pursuing success is rarely easy, but it becomes meaningful when you embrace it unapologetically..."
